морских водорослей, натуральный природный аналог желатина. Агар-агар не
содержит калорий, богат йодом, кальцием, железом, выводит из организма токсины
и шлаки и улучшает работу кишечника.

Sugar 67%, cream powder (glucose, palm
kernel oil, sodium caseinate) 20%, maltodextrin 8%, geling agent (agar) 3%, acidity
regulating (trisodium citrate, DL-malic acid), flavoring, colours (suset yellow

Приготовление:
1. Смешать в кастрюльке содержимое
пакета с 2 стаканами воды (480 мл);
2. Варить десерт на
медленном огне несколько минут, постоянно помешивая, до полного растворения;
3. Налить в формочки,
стаканчики или мелкий контейнер. На этом этапе можно добавить в жидкое желе
кусочки свежих фруктов или ягод. Убрать в холодильник на 1-2 часа до полного
остывания;
4. Застывшее желе нужно
аккуратно вынуть из формочек, порезать на кубики из контейнера или подавать
прямо в стаканчиках.
Тайский десерт Lobo можно приготовить
заранее и хранить в течение нескольких дней.
