чай МАТУМ из фрукта дерева Bael (Баэль), называемого «каменным яблоком». Матум является
одним из самых полезных лекарственных растений Таиланда. Все части этого
дерева, в том числе кора, корни, листья и плоды на всех стадиях зрелости имеют
целебные свойства и используются в традиционной медицине. Матум имеет в своем
составе углеводы, аскорбиновую кислоту, провитамин А, а также такие полезные
элементы, как кальций, фосфор и железо.
Полезные свойства чая
матум:

воспалительных и простудных заболеваний легких и дыхательных путей
— Обладает
отхаркивающим эффектом, рекомендован больным бронхитом, тонзиллитом и
курящим;

— Жаропонижающий
эффект;
— Общеукрепляющее,

Для чая матум свойственен
тонкий фруктовый аромат и вкус – достаточно выраженный, но не подавляющий.
Благодаря отсутствию кофеина напиток из него легкий и освежающий, его можно
пить как горячим, так и со льдом.

Сушеные плоды фруктового
дерева Bael
Объем: 200 гр
Применение:
— Один ломтик матум
заваривать стаканом кипятка в течении 5 минут.
— Заварить на 1-2
литра воды первый способ: возьмите 2-3 ломтика матум, поместите в термос и
залейте кипятком на несколько часов.
— Заварить на 1-2
литра воды второй способ: возьмите 2-3 ломтика матум, залейте кипятком и
кипятите в течении 10 минут.
Можно добавить сахар
или мед по вкусу.
Употреблять как в
горячем, так и в холодном виде.
Примечание:
Это не только полезный, но и очень вкусный чай! Им
