Одним из национальных напитков в Таиланде является
традиционный молочный зеленый чай. Молочный чай из Таиланда имеет ярко зеленый
цвет, мягкий молочно-карамельный, необыкновенно изысканный привкус и чудесный
аромат.
Этот напиток обладает не только прекрасными вкусовыми
качесвами, но и рядом полезных свойств. В нем содержится огромнейшее число
микроэлементов, витаминов и других полезных соединений. Благодаря этому он:
— повышает упругость стенок кровеносных сосудов,
— улучшает структуру крови, снижает содержание в ней
сахара,
— нормализует давление,
— понижает уровень холестерина,
— является антиоксидантом,
— нормализует пищеварение и функционирование
желудочно-кишечного тракта,
— омолаживает организм,
— имеет тонизирующее действие.
Употребляют напитки из тайского молочного зеленого
чая, как горячими, так и холодными и даже со льдом. Готовый напиток обязательно
содержит молоко (сгущенное или обычное). Из него можно приготовить очень
вкусный коктейль с мороженым, ледяной молочный шейк, горячий чай с молоком и
многое другое.
Состав:
Green tea
Объем: 200 гр
Применение:
— Горячий чай: Возьмите 2 чайные ложки чая и залейте
их 0,5 л горячей воды. Выдержите 3-5 минут, затем процедите и разлейте по
чашкам. Добавьте простое или сгущенное молоко, можно добавить сахар.
— Молочный зеленый чай со льдом: повторите предыдущие
действия. В заваренный чай добавьте 2 ст. л. Сгущенного молока или сахара.
Напиток должен остыть до комнатной температуры. В охлажденные заранее стаканы
разложите колотый лед, налейте остывший чай и добавьте сливки или
концентрированное молоко, мороженное. Подавайте к столу без промедления.
На 1 литр кипятка берут 1 столовую ложку чая.
