У тайского традиционного оранжевого чая
очень необычный состав – это готовая смесь чёрного чая со
специями (порошок аниса, толченые цветы красного мандарина,
корица молотая, ваниль, толченая гвоздика). У такого тайского
оранжевого чая интересный, необычный и приятный карамельный вкус, его
можно пить в горячем виде, добавляя сахар или мед, а можно приготовить так, как
его любят жители королевства Таиланд – с молоком и со льдом.
Молоко добавляется в чай перед самым употреблением. В Таиланде этот
чай подают в традиционном высоком стакане, в жару такой чай со льдом хорошо
освежает.
Объем: 190 гр
Применение:
— Горячий чай: Возьмите 2 ст.л. чая и залейте их 0,4 л
горячей воды. Выдержите 3-5 минут, затем процедите. Добавьте сгущенное молоко 2
ст.л. (или 2 ст.л. сахара) или 2 ст.л. концентрированного молока бес сахара.
Можно добавить мед для аромата. Хорошо размешайте и подавайте к столу.
— Оранжевый чай со льдом: повторите предыдущие
действия. Напиток должен остыть до комнатной температуры. В охлажденные
заранее стаканы разложите колотый лед, налейте остывший чай и добавьте сливки
или концентрированное молоко, мороженное. Подавайте к столу без промедления.
