Kapao) или Пад Кра Прао название традиционного и повсеместно популярного в
Таиланде блюда на основе мяса и риса.
В Тайланде
Пад Капао заказывается в немалом количестве в течение каждого дня и найти
его можно практическе в любом кафе и ресторане. На русский язык Пад Кра
Прао будет звучать как «заказывай и не думай». Это блюдо
готовят быстро, оно очень вкусное и любимое не только тайцами, но и
иностранцами.
Блюдо состоит из
мяса, обжаренного с чили, чесноком и базиликом, подают его, с рисом и яйцом.
Самым главном ингредиентом может быть любой вид мяса: птицы, рыбы,
свинины, в виде фарша, маленьких и больших кусочков.
Сушеная приправа
Пад Капао – отличный вариант для приготовления ароматного, одноименного блюда в
домашних условиях. В составе приправы сушеный чили, чеснок, базилик и соль.
Состав:
Peppers 47.5%, garlic 45%, 5% salt,
basil 2.5 %
Объем: 30 гр
Способ приготовления:
1. Подготовьте 200 гр мяса (это может
быть мясной фарш, свинина, курица, рыба, креветки и пр.), порежьте на небольшие
кусочки и начните обжаривать (именно жарить, не тушить!) на растительном масле;
2. Доведите мясо до полуготовности и добавьте
1-2 столовые ложки приправы Pad Kapao, в зависимости от уровня желаемой
остроты;
3. Когда мясо будет готово, добавьте порезанный
перец чили и нарезанную зеленую фасоль и свежие листья базилика, обжарьте;
4. Желательно приправить рыбным соусом и
коричневым сахаром, для рыбы хорошо добавить сок лимона. Дайте блюду немного
настояться.
Подавать с рисом (традиционно), с рисом
и жареным яйцом, спагетти, кусочками помидора и огурца.
