Метод приготовления:
- Нагреть глубокую сковороду, обжарить пасту в небольшом количестве масла в течение минуты, постоянно помешивая, затем постепенно добавить 480 мл горячей воды или куриного бульона, тщательно размешивая до получения однородной смеси. Кипятить 1–2 минуты.
- Добавить 200 г очищенных креветок или нарезанного куриного филе и 100 г нарезанных грибов, желательно также добавить ароматические тайские пряности — несколько листьев кафирского лайма, галангал, лемонграсс. Варить на медленном огне еще 4–5 минут.
- В завершение добавить сок лайма или лимона, рыбный соус и кокосовый сахар по вкусу. При желании можно добавить 3–4 столовые ложки кокосового молока, предварительно разведенного с водой, и украсить готовый суп порезанной свежей кинзой.
30 г пасты рассчитано на приготовление двух порций.
