мешочек с сочетанием лечебных тайских ароматических трав

Применение:
Немного смочите компресс водой.
Приготовьте неглубокую металлическую емкость в виде блюдца, налейте туда
небольшое количество воды (или сбор из масел) и нагрейте его в
течение 1-3 минут на слабом огне (не дайте жидкости закипеть, нам нужно ее
только подогреть до приятной телу температуры).
Затем хорошо прогреть мешочки на пару в
течении 2-3 минут.
Взяв мешочек, проверьте его температуру
на поверхности запястья, чтобы она была не слишком горячей и пройдитесь этим
мешочком постукивающими (втирающими) движениями, чтобы усилить кровообращение и
расслабить мышцы лица, массируя с надавливанием и задерживаясь на областях
с болевыми ощущениями.
После использования, дайте мешочку
высохнуть и храните в сухом прохладном месте. Пользоваться одним и тем же
мешочком можно 4-5 массажей.
